Jimbo was taken from his owners by VOSPCA officers for severe neglect. At the time his foster family was fostering for them so the officer asked them if they would take in this little, sweet, 6 month old pup that was malnourished and had severe Demadex Mange and secondary infections of the eyes and ears.

After about a year of treatments he was brought back to tip top health. He is about 2 years old now and ready for his forever home. He is very energetic but will calm himself if spoken to softly. He has the BIGGEST smile they have ever seen on a dog.

Jimbo gets along great with kids, dogs, and cat's if they are willing to get along with him. He has been kenneled a lot due to their busy schedule lately so he has some pinned up energy that would totally be alleviated with more walking/exercising. He longs for affection and loves to cuddle. As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
