Hamlet is a playful young man who is looking for a forever home. He plays well with the other fosters larger, smaller and even a cat. He was curious at first but after a few days of telling him "no" he even sleep next to her.

Just so you know he will need grooming at times and we had him done at PetSmart where his "Pawgress Report Card" is included of his wonderful behavior while getting the complete works. One of my roommates even bathed him with not problems.

Last bit of info on Hamlet is that you will need to watch him when opening and closing the door to unsecured areas. Given the opportunity he will dart out and then you will need to corner him back into your open car door.....yes, I know it has happened once. Even with this he is a sweet guy that you will treasure for years to come with his spunky nature.

As with any new companion, it is wise to spend good quality time with them and let them explore their new surrounding while you set the boundaries. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.

Love of Animals will screen potential adoption parents to ensure the companion WILL NOT be a fighting dog.
