Welcome to LOVE OF ANIMALS, INC.
CVRR is in part a 'vehicle' for transporting dogs and cats primarily from high–kill shelters to rescue groups – both breed-specific and mixed breed – and to partner rescues and agencies. In just the 1st quarter of 2010 we have transferred over 125 dogs to our partner agency in Rancho Santa Fe - the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
Over the years it has also evolved itno a private dog rescue with many dogs avaiable for adoption locally.
Rescue is a win-win situation. The over-crowded shelters are given some breathing room, the animals go to facilities where they have TIME to get healthy and be socialized, and the receiving communities are provided with wonderful companion dogs and cats for adoption.
