SPAY AND NEUTER PROGRAMS
Love of Animals, Inc., sponsors a variety of spay and neuter programs, ALL aimed at reducing pet overpopulation and the resulting euthanization. Overpopulation means more than 15,000 Tulare County companion animals are euthanized – killed – each year just because there aren't enough homes. While our adopton programs can save quite a few dogs and cats, the only real solution is to spay and neuter dogs and cats so that puppies and kittens are not born to be killed.
