Chulo is an absolutely adorable little boy. He was brought to the shelter in a cardboard box with his mom, little sister and big sister. the rest of the fmaily has found forever homes- Chulo would like one too!!He is NOT a purse puppy or accessory- he needs to live a normal family life- and please- NO children under 5-
