If you are interested, have questions, or to schedule a personal viewing for this companion only, please contact Ms. Laurie Jane Eberle, volunteer for Love of Animals, Visalia Division,
Columbia is a very shy lady who lived a life of breeding. She was kept in a kennel most of the time.....that is until she came to her foster moms home. She was adventurous and soon settled in but is still leery of people (except her foster dad).
She spends her time playing indoors and outdoors and uses the dog door very well once she learned what it was. Would be a great companion to an older couple. Has been around children with no problems but with what she has been through so far in her short life, the care a nurturing a retired or mostly home family would be best.
Loves her treats and gets along with her other canine companions but may seem a bit lost as she stays mostly with the other Dachshunds in the home. Mother to Janet.
