Print an adoption flyer for Lily!
Lily is a beautiful medium haired girl with big gold eyes. She has a sleek shiny coat, solid black with a bit of white on her belly and gray tufts behind her ears. When she came to us she had an injured lip and broken tooth and was quite shy. She is still a little unsure about new situations, but is very loving and playful. Gets along with dogs (depending on the dog) and other cats.
Lily was adopted in mid-January by a family who lived in a rural area. She was allowed outside with their other cats but had no idea dogs (and other canines) weren't always friendly. Her family returned her to us rather than taking the chance she'd turn into some coyote's lunch. Because she apparently isn't cautious about dogs, it would be best for her if she were strictly an indoor cat.
She was then adopted by her foster mom who unfortunately passed away pre-COVID in 2020. Her health was failing so she made sure that what cats adopted from LOA would go back to find new homes once it was her time.

It is suggested as with all feline adoptions to keep a new companion indoors for a few weeks so they become familiar with the new surroundings. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
