His breed is tough to determine at this age- especially withut seeing either parent- but he looks like a cross between a Jack Russell and a Brittany Spaniel.
Rowdy is a sweet puppy with lots of terrier energy. He is playful- but smart and eager to learn and please. Rowdy is crate trained- sleeps all night without accidents or crying and is 90% house trained already.
Rowdy was found near Lindsay tied to an orange tree with no food or water on a day that was 110 degrees. Had he not been found by a compassionate stranger he would certainly have died of heat exposure. In spite of his history he is loving and eager to please.
Rowdy would be best in a home with older children because of his puppyness and small size.
