Six kittens were born at the first of May. Shortly after their birth, mom was killed for killing a chicken. It was after she was killed that the litter of kittens were discovered. They still had their eyes closed and cords attached. Two days after they were found and cared for, the runt did pass away.

The family who cared for them said it was 2 weeks before the eyes opened. So this litter has basically been bottle fed from the beginning. As time passed, they started their potty training, eating solid foods, and purring all the time. All are very affectionate and make a wonderful addition to your family. 

It is suggested as with all feline adoptions to keep a new companion indoors for a several weeks so they become familiar with the new surroundings. It is also good to make sure they have a "special" area they can escape to when company comes. This will make both you and your companion have a much better relationship.
